The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with small businesses for the procurement of specialized semiconductor, microcircuit, and printed circuit board manufacturing machinery under NAICS 334413 and PSC 3670.
