This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333618, processed as a firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The contractor is responsible for providing robust packaging for core components and must arrange and pay for the return freight of these cores from Newport approximately 75 days after the initial delivery. Quotations must be submitted by October 28, 2026, and must include a detailed cost breakdown, unit costs, and proof of active registration in SAM.gov.
