The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Syracuse, New York, that will be expiring. The Government requires contiguous office and related space yielding a minimum of 11,662 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF), and a maximum of 12,245 ABOASF. The lease term requirement is for fifteen (15) years, with ten (10) years firm. The space must be ready for occupancy between July 2021 and July 2024. The delineated area is: North - Buckley Road (Point of Beginning - where it intersects with Morgan Road) East - Buckley Road South - 7th North Street west to Electronics Parkway, north to NYS Thruway (I-90), west to Tulip Street West - Tulip Street to Morgan Road back to Point of Beginning. Other applicable requirements include the following features: Reserved parking spaces for eight (8) government vehicles, and sufficient parking for a minimum of 95 personnel and visitors.
