The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to conduct market research to identify capable contractors that can manufacture, test, and deliver Mechanical Minesweeping Cutter Assemblies and Elevating Fin Assemblies to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division’s (NSWC PCD) Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Case with the Republic of Korea Navy (RoKN).


This announcement aims to identify sources capable of supporting this effort, and the information received – used for planning purposes – will determine the competitive nature of this requirement and any potential set asides for small businesses. NSWC PCD anticipates any resultant contract being a firm-fixed-price effort for an ordering period of up to five years.
