Description: DLA Troop Support is seeking sources for the manufacture and delivery of QUADCON ISO containers. The respondent's capabilities information must demonstrate the ability to manufacture these containers. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. Interested companies should respond by providing the Government the following information: (1) Name of company and CAGE Code; (2) Point of Contacts name, telephone number and E-mail address; (3) Company address; (4) Business size and type (i.e. Large Business, Foreign-Owned Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a) concern, Woman-Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone concern, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Small Business) (5) Approximate quantities of each type of container that you have manufactured and delivered to date. (6) Approximate quantities of each type that you expect you could manufacture and deliver to CONUS destination per month. (7) Approximate quantities of each type that you expect you could manufacture and deliver to OCONUS destination per month. (8) A brief summary of the company's capabilities including: Description of facilities, equipment, manufacturing processes, inspection capability, skills, personnel and potential subcontractor capabilities associated with producing these containers. List/description of tooling and/or equipment that would have to be added to the company's facility in order to produce the containers.
