The contract seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive support to the CDC’s Office of Readiness and Response in evolving the CDCReady Responder workforce preparedness program, building upon existing infrastructure to enhance training delivery, program sustainability, and operational readiness. The work spans five years from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2031, with a base year and four option periods, and requires the contractor to deliver a minimum of ten new role-specific training modules annually, update the Systematic Training Plan and Program Manual biannually, and produce ongoing planning and enrollment materials. All proposals must include a detailed technical approach, management plan, staffing strategy, and evidence of similar experience, evaluated on a 100-point scale that heavily weights technical merit at 50%, with award decisions made on a most advantageous basis where higher-priced offers may be selected if technical superiority justifies the cost. Key personnel requirements include a dedicated Senior Project Manager and qualified instructional designers.
