Second Harmonic Generation Microscope

The Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), is seeking to procure a Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) Microscope under solicitation NB688000-26-01634, issued as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items under FAR Part 12. The requirement calls for a scanning confocal microscope configured with a pulsed laser source and second harmonic detector specifically designed to image electrically poled domains in thin-film lithium niobate on oxidized silicon wafers.
