If this requirement is to be fulfilled with an open market contract, MICC-Knox will issue a combined synopsis/solication or other manner of a public notice. US Army Recruiting Command is seeking capable sources to provide a low code/no code solution to modernize information in support of Army Recruiting. The project is for Software as a Service that can be used in accordance with the draft SOW. Please review the attached draft SOO and questionaire.
