The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified 8a Small Businesses [including Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB] that are interested and capable of providing for the ground fuels requirement for Defense Energy Support Center (DESC). This SS covers the ground fuels requirement for DESC customers located in the States of: Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
