The notice clarifies that this is not a solicitation but a fact-finding request to gauge industry capability and interest. Respondents are invited to provide concise capability statements addressing management approaches, repair pricing, maintenance types, shop flow reductions, availability targets, and engineering support services, while highlighting small or disadvantaged business participation and their registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration system.
