1.0 Description / Background
The Government is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for the manufacturing of the T-38 Side Brace Trunnion Assembly, Part Number (PN) 202607928-10.
The T-38 side brace trunnion is a critical subcomponent of the aircraft's main landing gear. It serves as a primary structural support during landing and other operational loads, enabling the main landing gear to fully extend and retract. This part is specific to the T-38 aircraft operational envelope.
Please note: A formal Technical Data Package (TDP) is not yet available, as the drawings are in the final stages of approval. Specific quantities and delivery schedules have not yet been determined.
2.0 Required Capabilities
