The United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Montana is seeking information regarding capability and availability of potential small business sources to provide turnkey furniture, finishes and equipment (FF&E) to support remodel of unit headquarter building. Contractor shall be capable of provided an integrated FF&E design to support the needs of three distinct stakeholders. FF&E design shall conform to the existing fit and finish of the building and provide a clean, professional appearance. FF&E contractor will be the government's sole point of contact for functional integration of FF&E into the facility, encompassing design, purchase, delivery and installation of FF&E. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and services required to provide turnkey FF&E services for a single project at Fort Harrison, MT. Your responses are sought to identify potential sources that have the knowledge, skill, equipment, experience and past performance necessary to perform the aforementioned services. All costs associated with preparing responses to this notice are the sole responsibility of the respondant.
