Scope:


Contractors are to provide Dentist for medical readiness support services to the Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG). In support of this mission the Contractor shall:  Abide by Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations and guidelines. Obtain services through a reputable dental provider that can successfully perform these services in a mobile environment, and can assess large groups of Soldiers in an efficient fashion. These services will provide dental exams necessary to meet Department of the Army standards to meet readiness and deployability standards to ensure mission capability of the HIARNG.



The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is  541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services Contractors with a small business size standard of $19,500,000.



All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 1000AM 5 Aug 2026.
