. Objective • Replace 35 outdated switches with Huawei S5735-S24P4XE-V2 switches to improve network reliability, including all necessary accessories, licenses, installation, configuration, and 36-month support. Ensure the new switches work with NADEC’s existing network and minimize downtime during replacement. 3. Scope of Work • Supply and transport all equipment and accessories to the designated NADEC sites. • Replace and install the switches, configure them in coordination with NADEC D&T, and migrate the existing network connections and configurations. • Installation locations within Saudi Arabia: Al-Dammam, Al-Hofuf, Al-Madinah, Makkah, Abha, Hafar Al-Batin, Jeddah, Tabuk, Sakakkah, Al-Mudhaylif, Yanbu, Al-Qurayyat, Al-Quwaiyah, Al-Nariyah, Sharurah, Najran, Al-Jubail, Al-Majmaah, Al-Qasim, Al-Baha, Hail (ctr), and Wadi Al-Dawasir. • Installation locations outside Saudi Arabia: Al-Kuwait, Al-Bahrain, and UAE Sharjah. • Confirm the allocation of the 35 switches across these sites with NADEC D&T before implementation. • Perform connectivity testing and verify successful operation. Provide configuration backups, test results, and handover documentation. • Include installation, configuration, migration, testing, and material transportation in the vendor scope. Coordinate the implementation schedule and rollback plan with NADEC D&T.
