AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on June 11, 2025 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf Canadian Coast Guard, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, requires navigational maintenance dredging at the South East Bend channel of the St. Clair River for open water disposal in the Upstream St. Clair River Open Water Disposal Area. The dredging and open water disposal is planned for 2025 and in 2026. The work comprises dredging and disposal within Canadian Waters. Three scenarios (A, B, and C) are proposed with different dredge areas and volumes within the South East Bend channel for years 2025 and 2026. The dredging site is an open navigation area. Any work at and around the dredging site is subject to ongoing commercial and recreational navigation. The contractor shall not perform in-water work within the prohibited window of March 15 to July 15.
