SOUTHRIDGE VILLAGE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL PROJECT, FONTANA

The City of Fontana is the lead agency for a project to establish a self-storage and RV storage facility on approximately 13.2 adjusted gross acres. The development includes a facility of approximately 136,863 square feet, a 20-foot wide trail, and associated site improvements. This project is being executed by the applicant, Conifer Court LLC, and is governed by the Southridge Village Specific Plan and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project was approved on July 15, 2025, following an environmental review process that utilized an addendum to a previously certified Environmental Impact Report. This review determined that no new significant environmental impacts would occur, and no additional mitigation measures were required. Administrative filings and environmental fees totaling 4,173.50 were processed through the California Department of Fish and Wildlife on July 17, 2025. The project is currently classified as a forecast and is managed by the City of Fontana's planning department.
