Hillsborough County Parks and Recreation Department requires a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide for the construction of Phase 2 of the Southshore Sports Complex located at 6110 Waterset Blvd., Apollo Beach, FL 33572 in Southern Hillsborough County estimated at $12,650,011.00 for the base bid items and $2,769,574.00 for Alternate Bid Items 1 through 8.
SBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 8% has been established for participation by SBE as Subcontractors.
To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 4.7 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
