SP25-029 and ER25-243 300 Holger Way Data Center Project

The project SP25-029 and ER25-243 involves a Special Use Permit for the interior conversion of an existing 97,800-square-foot research and development building into a 20-megawatt data center. Located at 300 Holger Way in San Jose, California, the project is situated on a 4.86-acre site within the Industrial Park Zoning District. The scope of work is limited to tenant improvements, specifically the installation of data racks and systems, with strict prohibitions against exterior modifications, building footprint expansion, grading, excavation, or the installation of new electrical and mechanical equipment such as emergency generators.
