New Caney ISD is seeking Requests for Proposals for the Dairy commodity on behalf of the SPA cooperative prior to 05/20/2025 @9:30am for North Area 1. Proposals will be opened at 21580 Loop 494 New Caney, Tx 77357 Administration Building. The Purchasing Department of New Caney ISD is conducting this procurement on behalf of the SPA cooperative to establish a contract to a single vendor for use by eligible organizations participating in the School Purchasing Alliance Co-op for Dairy. Proposers finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in these document specifications shall submit to the "Questions" tab before April 28, 2025 at 4pm (Local Time). All responses to questions will be posted in IonWave by April 30, 2025 by 4:00pm. If vendor is submitting a paper proposal: Please submit one original - Response envelopes should be marked on the lower left hand corner as follows: "RFP 03.2025 Dairy North Area 1"
Contract Terms: Set for June 16, 2025 Board approval Initial Contract will begin July 01, 2025 for one (1) year ending on June 30, 2026 with the option upon both parties approval for an additional four (4) one (1) year extensions. NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process.
