This contract amendment serves to clarify the submission process for un-sanitized subcontractor proposals within the Space Force Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) Advisory and Assistance Services solicitation, and to update several related documents. Subcontractors wary of sharing proprietary data through the prime contractor have the option to submit their proposals directly via the PIEE/Solicitation module, ensuring they clearly reference the prime proposal number and name before the proposal deadline. Alternatively, those comfortable submitting through the prime contractor can have their un-sanitized information incorporated into the Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet, alongside the prime contractor's passthrough costs. The spreadsheet acts as a flexible template that can be adjusted for clarity in cost presentation. The attached revised documents include updates to the Solicitation SF33 with changes to Sections B and F to account for a priced six-month period of performance extension, and an updated Cost_Price Summary Spreadsheet reflecting estimated hours for this period. Notably, all labor categories under the Senior Advisor umbrella are designated as subject matter experts or industry leaders. The solicitation, designated under number FA254825RB001 with NAICS code 541611, is set aside for 8(a) firms, with a deadline for response by December 20, 2024. The Points of Contact for this solicitation are Kevin Edmond and Tyler Breedlove from the Space Force, stationed in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
