SpEC: OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW Coming Soon Notice Release: 30 September 2026 The Space Systems Command (SSC) is preparing to release the SIETCH prototype project focused on the ability to design, develop, integrate, and support a federated, multi-classification digital combat training range (Digital Operations Range) that enables Distributed Training, exercises, and mission rehearsals and combat readiness. This effort, known as Core-Ready Services, integrates training devices, training instances of mission systems, constructive simulations, secure cross-domain data sharing aligned with MOSA principles, and supporting infrastructure across on-premises, edge, and cloud environments. Key Areas of Interest may include: Program Integration and Governance Range Integration and Management Cybersecurity and Accreditation The prototype development period of performance for SEITCH Other Transaction Authority (OTA) awards will be determined following the release of the Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) and based on selected performers’ proposed timelines.
