The Fredericton Growth strategy and the Imagine Fredericton Municipal Plan indicated that by 2041, Fredericton's population is projected to increase to over 90,000 residents. The Local Government invites proposals from qualified, multi#disciplinary architectural and engineering consulting teams to complete a Space Needs Analysis and Feasibility Study for the St. Mary's Depot Operations Centre, including multiple Engineering & Operations-related facilities located off St. Mary's Street and Two Nations Crossing in Fredericton, New Brunswick, PID 75401612.The anticipated budget to cover the delivery of Phases 1-4 of this Request for Proposal is $180,000.
