Solicitation SPE7M1-27-T-2233 is a federal procurement issued by the Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support Maritime Supply Chain for the acquisition of 22 telescope lamp assemblies (NSN 1240-01-178-9752). The contract specifies a delivery date of May 9, 2027, with shipment from the origin to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The contract mandates strict adherence to technical and quality standards, requiring manufacturers to maintain an inspection system compliant with ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent standard. Specific engineering exceptions are in place, including a transition to MIL-STD-2073-1 Method 41 for packing and paragraph 5.2.1 of MIL-STD-2073-1 for cleaning and drying. Furthermore, the procurement involves export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR or EAR regulations, meaning eligible offerors must possess an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and DLA authorization to access the data. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses regarding cybersecurity, hazardous materials, and domestic trade restrictions.
