The contract calls for the supply of one spacer plate with NSN 5365-01-718-3221 under solicitation SPE4A7-26-Q-0629, to be delivered within 164 days after award to the designated FPO address aboard USS RICHARD M MCCOOL JR LPD 29, with F.O.B. DESTINATION terms placing transportation responsibility on the contractor. The contract includes multiple FAR and DFARS clauses governing labor practices, trafficking prevention, cybersecurity, hazardous materials, and prohibited sourcing, including requirements for NIST SP 800-171 compliance, cyber incident reporting via DIBNet, and prohibition of covered items from Kaspersky Lab or Communist Chinese military companies. The contractor must maintain active SAM registration, represent size and socioeconomic status accurately, and disclose any involvement with Iran, Sudan, or covered telecommunications equipment. Payment must be processed through WAWF, and the award will be determined through a trade-off evaluation emphasizing past performance, particularly SPRS assessments, alongside price and technical merit.
