Evaluation Criteria (Addendum to RFO 52.212-2)

The Government will award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the offeror responsible whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO Part 12 and RFO Part 13).

Evaluation Factors:

Price (Total evaluated price includes CLINs 0001–0004).
Technical Acceptability: Evaluated on a pass/fail basis against the salient characteristics and installation requirements in Attachment 1 – Purchase Description.

The contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable quote with the lowest total price. Only the lowest-priced quote will be evaluated for technical acceptability initially; subsequent quotes will be evaluated only if the lowest is non-acceptable.
