The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to TECO- Westinghouse, 5100 N Interstate 35, Round Rock, TX 78681.
