The U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi would like to get competitive quotes for spare parts for maintenance of existing Switch Gear Panel Assembly at the Embassy, per the specifications given below. Items shall be quoted for door delivery to American Embassy, P.O. Box 4009, Embassies District, Street No. 18, Airport Road, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, via normal /economic mode of shipment. If you are a US vendor, you may alternatively quote for delivery to our official pouch address at 6010 Abu Dhabi Place, Washington DC 20521-6010, if door delivery to Abu Dhabi is not practicable. # Description Qty Unit 1 Contactor assembly, 8 Poles, Coil Voltage: 48V DC, Part # 8501XD080V56, Brand: SquareD 10.00 assembly 2 Contactor assembly, 4 Poles, Coil voltage: 48V DC, Part # 8501XD040V56, Brand: Sqauer D 10.00 assembly Quotes are due on September 9, 2015 by 3.00pm (local time). In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the following: 1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449 2. Statement of lead time /delivery. 3. Statement of warranty. 4. Place of delivery and mode of shipment (please specify door delivery or official pouch). The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable, based on initial quotations without holding discussions. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
