The DLA Land and Maritime is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the procurement of 41 antennas, specifically part number 19-405-01P50 with NSN 5985-99-778-2185. While Chelton Limited trading as Cobham Antenna is the approved source, the government is seeking to determine if other parties have the resources to support this requirement. Because this item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity, any alternate source must qualify according to approved government engineering procedures to ensure part quality. This announcement is a sources sought synopsis and not a formal solicitation or request for proposals. Interested parties must submit their company profile, CAGE code, capabilities, and supporting information to John Dorsey via email to be included on the future Request for Proposal mailing list. All submissions are voluntary and provided at the company's own expense, as the government will not reimburse costs associated with this market research phase.
