This is not a critical safety item (CSI).


Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 30 days from date of award.


Delivery Location: "Ship to" addresses will be cited on each delivery order. All deliveries will be within the continental United States.


The Government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this requirement. The proprietary rights to use, develop, or reproduce the technical data required to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be acquired, developed, or otherwise obtained. Reverse engineering is not technically or economically feasible. Consequently, this acquisition will be restricted to the known approved sources for the Insulation, Thermal: The Boeing Company (CAGE
8V613), 5000 E McDowell Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215 and Thermal Structures, Inc. (CAGE 54787), 2362 Railroad St, Corona, CA 92878


This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 14, Sealed Bidding. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 60 month period of performance with five priced ordering periods.


Offerors are advised: THE GOVERNMENT FULLY INTENDS TO EVALUATE BIDS AND AWARD THE CONTRACT WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS WITH OFFERORS. Therefore, initial bids should be submitted containing offerors' most favorable terms.
