The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to issue a sole source solicitation for procurement of Steam Plan Clean Pressure Calibrator. The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The anticipated contract action will include firm-fixed-price contract line items for procurement of two (2) steam plant cleaned portable pressure calibrators and two (2) steam plant clean kits. King Nutronics Corporation is considered the only supplier who can provide the required items.
