NSN  4925-016788118; GATE, UNLOADING; WSIC T; IQC PR 1000240580.  THIS PART IS MANUFACTURED BY CHOCTAW DEFENSE MANUFACTURING LLC, CAGE 7H9J3 UNDER P/N 3305AS812-3.



THIS SOLICITATION WILL RESULT IN AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A BASE PERIOD OF 5 YEARS WITH ZERO (0) OPTIONS.  THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL QUANITTY IS 126 EACH; THE MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 32; THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 126.  THE DELIVERY DATE WILL BE 153 DAYS AFTER RECEIVED ORDER.  INSPECTION AND ACCPETANCE WILL BE AT DESTINATION, FOB WILL BE AT ORIGIN.  THIS IS A DLA DIRECT PROCUREMENT.  THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS HUBZONE SOLE SOURCE.  THIS IS NOT A CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM.   PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE AND DELIVERY WILL BE EQUALLY WEIGHTED.  THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORMANCE, SPRS AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.  THIS REQUEST IS FOR A WIRTTEN QUOTE.  PLEASE SUBMIT OFFERS IN WRITING.
