AI Contract Overview

This unrestricted solicitation seeks the procurement of 109 electromagnetic relays, specifically approved part number 410-0615-010 from CAGE code 13499. Because the procurement agency lacks sufficient data to evaluate alternate offers, any offeror proposing an alternative part must provide a complete data package for evaluation. The delivery schedule is set for 152 days after receipt of order, with shipping handled under the First Destination Transportation program unless the destination is an APO/FPO address or involves Foreign Military Sales. The award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance, and the contracting officer may utilize an anonymous online reverse auction to conduct price discussions. While the government is not currently using commercial item acquisition policies, interested parties have 15 days from the notice to demonstrate their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item. The small business size standard for this effort is 750 employees.
