For more information, visit fcc.ca. RFP Scope: The purpose of this RFP is to select experienced Law Firms to represent FCC and provide legal services on FCC’s special credit Collection and recovery files as set out in detail below. The objective of this RFP is to acquire expertise and capacity in all 10 major Canadian provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan) focused on special credit collections and recovery files. FCC intends to establish its list of preferred Law Firms that FCC can engage with to assign Solicitors to a FCC recovery file, which we do not currently have a process for.  FCC intends to establish its list based on the geographical area(s) that the selected Law Firms can service (the final number of Solicitors selected per region will be determined by FCC, in its sole discretion). RFP Schedule: RFP issue date: September 7, 2022 Vendor questions accepted until: September 21, 2022 at 2:00PM* RFP closing date and time: October 24,2022 at 2:00 PM * *Note: All times are CST, Saskatchewan RFP Process Considerations Vendors should note that: this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders.
