"Special Education Performance Report (SEPR) Professional Development Consultative supports to LEAs "

The contract aims to deliver comprehensive professional development and consultative support to local education agencies within the District of Columbia to address areas of need identified through the Special Education Performance Report. This initiative focuses on strengthening special education implementation across instructional, administrative, and operational domains by providing tailored technical assistance. Services include individualized guidance on special education policy compliance, evidence-based academic strategies, effective data management practices, and alignment with state and national best practices in special education delivery. In addition to direct support, the contract emphasizes thought partnership and collaborative problem solving to help LEAs navigate complex challenges in their special education programs. The goal is to build institutional capacity through sustained, responsive engagement that enhances outcomes for students with disabilities.
