The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing Professional Development (PD) and/or Technical Assistance (TA) targeted at the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) Staff or local education agency (LEA) staff on a variety of special education related topics for the State of Wyoming,Department of Education (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on August 14, 2026. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 29, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
