The Applicant is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit (PSP26-054) to allow a second residence, exceeding 1,200 square feet (sf), on an existing 0.48-acre parcel located at 915 N Foothill Avenue Lindsay, Ca 93247 (APN: 202-143-008). The property is located in the R-1 (Single-Family Residential) Zone, in the Lindsay Community Plan area, with a land use designation of Residential, within the Lindsay UDB and UAB. There is a proposed building permit (A2601806) to permit to construct the second residence over 1,200sf (1,500sf SFD, 513sf garage, 41sf porch, with fire sprinkler system, & roof mounted solar system). The site contains two (2) as-built patios (317sf and 410sf), two (2) 100sf storage rooms and a 1,651sf SFD, (Ref. A0602539) all located 5’-15’ from the rear property line. There is also an existing septic tank, electric panel, 1” water main, and gas meter.
