The United States Air Force Material Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Special Warfare Contracting Office, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (AFLCMC/WISK) intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract, FA8629-21-C-5018. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 United States Code (USC) 2304 (c)(1) as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The contracting officer has determined that only one source is reasonably available: SmartGuides, LLC. This proposed contract action is for the procurement of a commercially available Performance Support App which will be loaded onto ruggedized tablets/computers/mobile devices used in support of USAF Special Warfare Assault Kit (SWAK) system to enable effective communication for various system specifics.
