Full Description

366th Contracting Squadron, Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, solicited and intends to award a sole- source firm-fixed-price contract to PKL Services, Inc., for one base year plus four one-year options, for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Aircraft Maintenance and Operations Services on Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10.U.S.C. 2304(c)(4) or 41 U.S.C 253(c)(4) as implemented by FAR 6.302-4, International Agreement. The RSAF requested in their Letter of Offer and Acceptance to award the follow-on to contract FA4897-08-C-2002 to the incumbent contractor, PKL Services, Inc. This request was approved by Congress and signed into agreement by the United States Government and the Republic of Singapore Government on 24 Aug 12.
