The Army Contracting Command - Redstone is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting Market Research to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources who can provide specialized engineering, analysis, test and technical services to support various US Army and other DoD organizations that use products, technology, and services unique to the Sikorsky H-60 product line not limited to all currently fielded variants of the H-60 Black Hawk or any system for which Sikorsky acts as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or prime system integrator. Services will be required for a two year period commencing Sep 2017 and the intent is to extend an existing IDIQ contract. Services required include: (1) Engineering and Analysis, (2) Test and Evaluation Support, (3) other Technical Services. Performance locations will vary. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541715 and the size standard is 1500 employees. The Government will evaluate any responses received to determine if a competitive acquisition strategy is suitable for the procurement. Interested parties who have the capability to provide the requested services should respond to this notice with a capability statement; identification of your business size, socio-economic status, business CAGE code, and any applicable NAICS code(s) which apply. Additionally, if the requested services have been provided or offered to the Government within the past three years, a description of the services and applicable Government contact info shall be provided. This sources sought notice serves to notify companies of services required to support the H-60 product line.
