Specialized Inpatient Beds

Notice of Intent for Sole Source Award for Specialized Inpatient Beds for Hill-Rom, Inc Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Cell), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Hill-Rom, Inc for a base period in the estimated amount of $435,000.00 to purchase Specialized Inpatient Beds from Hill-Rom, Inc. Hill-Rom, Inc is the manufacturer and has proprietary rights. o The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
