• A valid California Qualified Applicator License (QAL) issued by the Department of Pesticide Regula􀆟on (DPR), with the appropriate categories for the work performed (e.g., Landscape Maintenance, Right of Way). • A valid Pest Control Business License issued by DPR authorizing the Contractor to perform pest control services for hire. • Qualified Applicator Certificates (QAC) for any employees who will apply pesticides under the supervision of the QAL holder, as required by law.
