SUMMARY OF CHANGES


Block 14 (Description of Amendment/Modification  P00001 ): Extend the Solicitation Deadline: Extend the due date for quote submissions to allow vendors sufficient time to incorporate this updated information.


The new deadline for receipt of quotes is 06/16/2026 , 12 :00 Pacific Time.



Close the Question and Answer (Q&A) Period: Officially close the Q&A period. Effective immediately upon the issuance of this amendment, the Government will no longer accept, review, or respond to any further questions, requests for clarification, or Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding this solicitation.





The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on a full and open competition basis a Specific Mooring lines. Complete details will be available in the solicitation. This procurement will be a small business set-aside, and all responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.  Respond to Gwynn Hartkopf, by email to gwynn.l.hartkopf.civ@us.navy.mil. Quotations need to be sent via email. The solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) for N6893626Q5137 will be posted on the Contract Opportunities hosted on beta.SAM.gov website at https://fbohome.sam.gov/ on or about (6/16/2026)


Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Unique Entity ID  number before the registration will be activated.  It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an 'Active' status as the government cannot award to an entity without an 'Active' SAM registration.
