The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, intends to procure a single Spectroradiometer System that consists of: OL 750-C Spectroradiometer Controller; OL 750-640 Dual Channel TE Cooler Controller; OL 750-645 Programmable HV Power Supply; OL 750-620 Detector Channel Multiplexer; OL 750 Monochromater Control Cable; OL 750-HSD-319 PMT/ GaAs High-Sensitivity Detector; and OL 426-4-1 Variable Low-Light-Level Calibration Standards. Intended use is for chromaticity and spectral radiance measurements in accordance to the requirements of Appendix B of MIL-L-85762A and Appendix A of MIL-STD-3009. This will be a sole source procurement with Optronics Laboratories, Orlando FL (Cage 59938). This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. Requests for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
