The requirement falls under NAICS code 339991. Delivery is expected at DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California, with a need ship date of January 8, 2027, and an original required delivery date of February 27, 2027. The procurement is a candidate for automated award and incorporates the DLA Master Solicitation for Automated Simplified Acquisitions Revision 105. Because the agency lacks sufficient data for alternate offers, any such proposals must include a complete data package for both approved and alternate parts. Additionally, items produced using additive manufacturing are ineligible for award. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area Workflow system for invoicing and payment. The contract incorporates various FAR and DFARS clauses, including those regarding the Buy American and Balance of Payments Program, safeguarding covered defense information, and destination inspection. Compliance with the Hazard Communication Standard is required for any hazardous materials delivered.
