PER CODE AND PART NUMBERS: MAN DIESEL NORTH AMERICA, INC. 5P630 P/N Y3J12811 MAN DIESEL LTD DBA PAXMAN K8098 P/N 3C2/018 ITEM 1 MAN DIESEL LTD DBA PAXMAN K8098 P/N Y3J12811 The solicitation will be available in the DLA DIBBS Website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of September 10, 2010. This is an Unrestricted Acquisition. Also, as noted above this is a Code and Part Number. Proposed procurement contains NO option for increased quantities. The requirement is for a quantity of 32 each to be delivered to Yermo, California within 80 days ADO. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation facts as described in the solicitation.
