The Air Force Services Activity (AFSVA) seeks sponsorship and advertising partnerships to support its array of programs and services designed for active military members, retirees, disabled veterans, and their families. These programs, which enhance morale and provide critical resources, rely on civilian support through monetary donations or in-kind contributions such as products or services to offset costs. Sponsorship benefits include targeted, metrics-driven promotions reaching a broad audience of approximately 2.5 million service members and their families, opportunities for custom long-term campaigns, brand exposure across diverse channels like print, electronic media, social media, events, and more, as well as potential title recognition and category exclusivity. The solicitation invites collaboration from public and private organizations that align with military values, including marketing, advertising, data management firms, foundations, celebrities, and entertainment companies. Sponsorship opportunities cover various categories such as entertainment, sports, youth programs, travel, lodging, and food and beverage, with events hosted at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. This open-ended solicitation does not obligate government appropriated funds and may require separate offers for different events. Interested parties are encouraged to contact representatives at AFSVA for further details and potential partnership arrangements.
