The required quantity is 42 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB origin and inspection acceptance at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 03/06/2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is unrestricted. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and proposed delivery, per provisions (L&M Proc Note 215-9C09, L&M Proc Note 211-9051, and L&M Proc Note L08). The required delivery is 180 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
