Spreader, attachment, Model SP12 with installation used for Bobcat toolcat 5600T work utility machine. Spreads sand and salt, 13.5 cubic foot hopper. Spreads material from 5 to 40 feet, dash mounted control, mesh screen, three-stage baffle and vibrator kit. Quote Brand name item only. Quantity of 2 each These Bobcats are still under warranty. The Department of the Army, RI Army National Guard, USPFO for Rhode Island intends to negotiate a Sole source commercial supply with Kipper Tool Company to provide two (2) SP12 Spreaders for the Bobcat Toolcat 5600 G series utility machine. This proposed procurement is for two spreaders with installation that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Currently, the existing Bobcat Toolcat's owned by the Government are under warranty with Kipper Tool Company. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than December 2, 2015, 11:00 a.m., EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses to this notice, is solely within the descresion of the Contracting Officer.
