The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a market research effort through a Request for Information (RFI) to gauge interest from qualified contractors for the production of two specific components: the Spring, Cover Ext (NSN: 1005-13-116-2139) and the Screw, Panel Fastener (NSN: 5305-13-116-1930). This notice is intended solely for market research purposes to support potential future acquisition planning and does not constitute an actual solicitation or guarantee of contract award. Contractors are invited to respond voluntarily by the deadline of June 1, 2026, with no reimbursement for submission costs, and the Government does not encourage inquiries related to this RFI. This sources-sought announcement, identified by solicitation number W912CH-26-R-0095, is issued by the Department of Defense office located in Warren, Michigan. The responses gathered will help the Government assess the availability and capabilities of suppliers but do not imply any commitment to proceed with procurement. The points of contact for this action are Richard Hall and Ryan Nawrocki, and the market survey is open without any set-aside restrictions. The Government emphasizes that data submitted in response will not be returned and that the requirements and acquisition strategy may evolve based on the information received.
