Army Contractin Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Surevey to determine the level of interest amont qualified Contractors for the production of the Spring, Cover Ext; NSN: 1005-13-116-2139  & Screw, Panel Fastene; NSN: 5305-13-116-1930. This is a MARKET RESEARCH/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) notice in support of the following potential requirement. Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.  The Government is not committed to issue a solicitation or award a contract as a result of this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All portions of this RFI are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is voluntary and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned.  Since this is only a RFI and not a solicitation for receipt of proposals or quotations, the Government does not encourage questions concerning this market research.
