The Contractor shall furnish all qualified labor, supervision, equipment, replacement equipment, parts, materials,
supplies, tools, transportation, testing instruments, programming tools, and incidental services necessary to replace
the failed ATS PLC; repair or replace other ATS components as necessary for compatibility and proper operation;
restore phase monitoring, manual and automatic generator testing with load transfer, and existing alarm-system
communication; repair or replace three PM800 displays; perform functional testing and commissioning; and provide
required documentation in accordance with the PWS.
